Return Policy - Love Echoed

Eligibility for Returns:
Your return must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:
Please follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer support at shoploveechoed@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return.
  3. Securely package the item with the original packing slip or invoice, and mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Return the package using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Processing:
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we'll communicate the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to your bank's policies.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at shoploveechoed@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund according to your preference.
